Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping methods within the United States:

Standard or Free Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–6 business days
  • Carrier: USPS, UPS or similar
  • Cost: Flat rate or free on qualifying orders over $100

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Cost: Flat rate or calculated at checkout

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to meet the delivery timelines, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@primelifespan.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at support@primelifespan.com so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
