Product Refunds and Returns

At primeLifespan, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Here is how our 30-day Money Back Guarantee return policy works:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery of a one-time order to return the unopened product for a refund. Unfortunately, we can’t accept opened supplement bottles.

To initiate a return, simply email our customer service team at support@primlifespan.com to receive return instructions. Please make sure to include your name and order number in your email.

To be eligible for the refund we will need the supplement bottle sent back to us, but you do not need to return the original box packaging.  Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. This means the original shipping costs will not be included in your refund.

Unfortunately, we can accept returns for subscription orders. You can cancel a subscription,  but a subscription order that has been processed on our end can not be canceled anymore and can not be refunded. Only the next following order can be canceled. For more information see our Refund Policy.

We have various subscription management options. You can track your most recent shipment, adjust your delivery date, and set your preferred frequency by logging into your account.

How to Cancel your Subscription

If you have set up an account you can cancel your subscription by logging into your account here and then choose to cancel. You can also access it by clicking on the icon on the upper right corner of primelifespan.com.

If you don’t have an account use the cancellation link provided in your subscription confirmation email or contact us at directly at support@primlifespan.com to request the cancellation.
